Ideal for people looking for an affordable and reasonable place to stay that has most of the essentials that a simple apartment could offer. If you are looking for a luxury and glamorous place , it’s probably NOT a good choice for you. There are better choices of great accommodations that can offer luxury within the area ( you need to pay more for them) this one isn’t one of them.

A modern designed, newly built apartment in a fantastic location that is a few minutes walk to everything in Wolfville. The 1 bedroom apartment consists of a queen size bed, a full kitchen and bath, seating for 4 in the living area, a dining table, bar seating, and a small outdoor patio space. The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. This is a pet and smoke free apartment.

WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!
