Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Centrally-Located Studio Apartment on Spacious Lot

We are just north of downtown Houston and 1/2 mile (4 min) away from White Oak Music Hall. Ride shares are never more than a few minutes away. There is free on-site parking with a private driveway secured with an automatic gate. The Metro light-rail is only 2 blocks away and provides direct access to U of H Downtown, Downtown, Midtown, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, and more. We offer comfortable outdoor furniture with fire pits & lighting. A griddle, grill, and pellet smoker are all available.

Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Perfect for a small family vacation. This 3 bedroom cottage is larger inside than it may appear. The pool, the fishing pier on the lake, and the beautiful views are its best amenities. The porch is the ideal place to just relax and unwind while you take in the gorgeous view of the lake. The pool area is only a few steps from the porch. The living room offers plenty of space with comfortable furniture. Full kitchen with all appliances. Sleeps about 6. Pull out bed in livingroom. Pets ok limit 2

This cute cottage is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. This sits on a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. The main house is next door. The cottage is completely detached & has its own small fenced backyard. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway. Guests love being so close to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, shops & beaches! It's a great "homebase" for your vacation or if you're traveling for work!

Grandma’s getaway cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

This is a 1 bed 1 bath unit with stainless steel appliances. Kemah Boardwalk is less than a mile away, also there is the Baybrook Mall which is close by and has has great shopping and eating! There are plenty of activities for to do around within a short drive, such as Topgolf, Main event, Star Cinema Grill, Dave and Busters, and more!

Inside your private casita with full kitchen, queen pillow top mattress. There is only 2 guests in your unit. No additional guests allowed.
