Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Dog Friendly Beautiful Seawall Blvd Guest Suite(C)

Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Lakeview Cottage (pool, fishing pier, lake)

Perfect for a small family vacation. This 3 bedroom cottage is larger inside than it may appear. The pool, the fishing pier on the lake, and the beautiful views are its best amenities. The porch is the ideal place to just relax and unwind while you take in the gorgeous view of the lake. The pool area is only a few steps from the porch. The living room offers plenty of space with comfortable furniture. Full kitchen with all appliances. Sleeps about 6. Pull out bed in livingroom. Pets ok limit 2

This cute cottage is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. This sits on a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. The main house is next door. The cottage is completely detached & has its own small fenced backyard. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway. Guests love being so close to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, shops & beaches! It's a great "homebase" for your vacation or if you're traveling for work!

Grandma’s getaway cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

If you're looking to getaway from reality and relax, well say no more! This is a perfect place for a family of 4 or a couple looking to get away. This is a 1 bed 1 bath unit with stainless steel appliances. Kemah Boardwalk is less than a mile away, also there is the Baybrook Mall which is close by and has has great shopping and eating! There are plenty of activities for to do around within a short drive, such as Topgolf, Main event, Star Cinema Grill, Dave and Busters, and more!

Drive out of the driveway and right down the road onto Crystal Beach. Awesome view from front porch. FENCED yard with great outdoor sitting area and private outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. Comfortable family room area to sit and visit or watch TV . The three bedrooms and two baths are perfect for a family weekend or week long stay.
