Bienvenue dans mon loft atypique (ancien atelier) lumineux et calme situé en plein cœur du Village Jourdain Paris 20ème. Il se situe à deux minutes à pied du métro (ligne 11), et à proximité de plusieurs stations de bus. Il est à une dizaine de minutes à pied du parc des Buttes Chaumont ! Le quartier est chaleureux et très attractif, nombreux commerces, restaurants et bars. L'atelier est situé en fond de parcelle donnant sur une petite cour pavée calme et très agréable les jours de beau temps.

The apartment, where we live during the rest of the year, is located in a pedestrian street, a 5-minute walk away from the unique and typical neighborhood of village Jourdain. Line 11 (subway stop Jourdain) will take you to some of Paris' liveliest spots (about 10 min. to République, Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville). You will find (organic) grocery stores, bakeries, greengrocer's right down our street. Walk about 10 minutes to Buttes Chaumont and Belleville parks, with their stunning view of Paris.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.
