Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.

Cozy older home. Lots of space. Great outdoor patio space for entertaining. 10 mins from Binghamton. Quiet neighborhood. Fire pit in the back with chairs, grill and lots of board games for the family fun nights! Coffee bar, breakfast snacks It’s a must stay !! I do have an outdoor cat that likes to hang out on the patio, he is friendly and loves people.
