Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartment is situated in one of the beautiest parts of Adriatic coast, in little place named Sumpetar which is situated between two pearls of Middle Dalmatia, Split on west side and Omiš on the east side. This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is situated directly on the fabulous beach, a more perfect location is not possible.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

Pokraj apartmana nalazi se i bar (bar radi od kraja svibnja do kraja rujna) u kojem možete uživati u kavi ili se opustiti uz hladni koktel.
