We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Relax in the quiet outdoors while still being close to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath summer camp-themed cabin is located 5 minutes from a free Douglas Lake boat launch, 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 35 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. BBQ on the grill, relax in the screened-in porch, build a camp fire in the fire pit or use this as your basecamp to explore the best of the Smokies, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Dandridge Hangouts

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.

Escape to our cozy retreat—a charming tiny home nestled behind the campground’s main house on our 7-acre property, just a stone’s throw from the lake. Relax in unique lofts or play 1,000+ retro games. Cook in the full kitchen or BBQ outside. Enjoy shared space with mini golf, volleyball, and more. Close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. NOTE: This home is part of a developing campground and may have occasional activity nearby.
