Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Rural farm with modern conveniences overlooking majestic and amazing views right in the heart of the Yarra Valley attractions. Built 1930 and fully restored with extensions added in 2017. 3 LARGE bedrooms (eg weekend 3 people ~$299 a night=about $100 each+cleaning). Shared: bathroom, living area with kitchenette. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
