My house is 5min. south of Hermosa and 10min. south of the town of Jaco. It sit's on a 80acre plot of land all by itself. Property is private and has a gated driveway, security cameras and total privacy. It's a 5min drive to Hermosa beaches and the Backyard Bar/ Hotel. Just painted and new appliances. A/C in all bedrooms and living room. Modern amenities of a USA house. True peace and relaxation !!
