A brick charcoal barbecue grill is offered for outdoor grilling. There are 3 units available in the River House. This is the largest and includes a full modern kitchen with island seating for 5, 2 full baths, washer/dryer and sleeps 5 comfortably. The property is served by T-Mobile high speed internet. The Villa is not pet friendly.

(Quick note: dogs must stay with their owners and be comfortable without excessive barking)

Originally constructed in the early 1800's, the structure was built over a natural spring that was used for refrigeration. Water from the spring maintains a constant cool temperature throughout the year while also filling a pond. The original stone well, channel and stone flooring are all intact for guests to explore and experience how our ancestors lived.

This unit has a private entrance (up a spiral staircase) on the 2nd floor, with keyless entry. You will enter a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, gorgeous light, and a table for two. The luxury bathroom includes soaking tub, steam room, and walk-in shower. Unit includes Keurig, microwave & mini fridge.
