Sunrise Cottage is 80 steps away (yes.. we counted) from a public beach access which leads to the sandy shores of Lake Huron, where you can witness breathtaking sunsets or just enjoy a day at the beach.

This lovely, tastefully done basement apartment with separate entrance is close to everything. Suitable for 2 adult and 1 child. You can hike the trails in Wellington and Grey county, visit shops in surrounding towns, enjoy a festival, tour the farmers markets, go fishing or visit the beaches of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.

This rural property is a relaxing getaway located behind an abandoned railway just minutes from the historic and theatrical village of Blyth. This beautiful loft is nestled beside a picturesque spring-fed pond, surrounded by all that nature has to offer. Previously an apple orchard, Blyth Brooke Orchards, the cottage was once a loading and holding shed for the apples! Over the years it has been transformed into a beautiful living space in the country.

The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.

Our little stone house is located about a 5 min walk to the bluffs of Lake Huron. From there it is a few minutes down the trail to the beautiful Goderich beaches where you can view one of the famous Goderich sunsets or spend a day relaxing on the beach. We are about a 2 min drive or max 10 min walk to the centre of town which Goderich calls 'The Square'. Goderich is known as the prettiest town in Canada and we couldn't agree more!

The cottage itself has a cathedral ceiling and a nice open concept space for your enjoyment. There is a bedroom and a loft each with a queen bed.
