The unit is located above our detached garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs and a firepit that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood.

Cannot host cats due to myself having an allergy to them and I live upstairs.
