Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Humberston Fitties is a quiet and unique conservation site offering the chance to get away from it all. Fiddly Dee is a 'non party/events' holiday home as we welcome families and pets (maximum of two dogs) to enjoy the superb beaches, coastal walks and the adjacent RSPB nature reserve. The Fitties beach is dog friendly all year (there are restrictions for Cleethorpes main beach) The coastline offers excellent opportunities for the more adventurous to enjoy a variety of water sports.

The Lincolnshire coast, with its deserted sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts is just a short drive away.

The Shack comes complete with Hot tub and decking area, providing the perfect place to relax after a day out at the beach!

Mulberry Mews is an annex conversion situated in the peaceful village of Keelby. After a day of walking in the Lincolnshire countryside or enjoying the local coastline, guests can unwind in our luxurious bathroom suite. The open plan kitchen-living area provides a unique space to enjoy relaxing evenings, which can also extend to the outdoors with access to a private garden area. The double bedroom provides a cosy space complete with large comfortable bed for the perfect nights sleep.

Holiday House minutes from the beach.

The holiday house is located just a few minutes from the promenade and beach in Cleethorpes. Ideall for a short break or holiday by the sea. The main promenade has all you would expect from a seaside town. The holiday house is suited to individuals, couples or families. We welcome four legged friends. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, downstairs toilet and two double bedrooms upstairs. There is off road parking for one car.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
