Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Eaton Bray is close to Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable. With easy access to Milton Keynes, Luton Airport, and London, our annexe offers a stay in the country! Suitable for couples, solo and business travellers. We're in a quiet village - but there are ducks, geese and horses as neighbours! - with good road links (A5 /M1) and trains from Berkhamsted or Tring. Eaton Bray has a pub, a convenience store and a fish and chip / Chinese shop. There is an Indian restaurant and takeaway close by too.

The apartment is in the pretty village of Lt Gaddesden, surrounded by the National Trust Ashridge Estate, 12 minutes from Berkhamsted station to London, set in 10 acres of gardens, stunning walks from your doorstep into 5,000 acres of woods, meadows & Chiltern hills, peaceful/lovely views. Visitor full access to garden/outside eating spaces. Full fibre b/band. Own entrance. EV charger. Plenty of parking. There are countryside walks from our gate and we are in a secure gated, quiet location. The local pub is a 10 minute walk away by public footpath. There are local mini supermarkets 2 mins drive and Dunstable shops (10mins drive). (Well behaved dogs by arrangement.)

It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.
