The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through a dining room. There’s a large double bedroom with king sized bed, a cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom. A perfect base for exploring!

Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.
