Winifred is a charming 2 bedroomed terraced cottage located just a 3 minute walk from Gorleston's beautiful beach and only a 10 minute drive to Great Yarmouth’s Pleasure Beach. The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through a dining room. There’s a large double bedroom with king sized bed, a cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom. A perfect base for exploring!

Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
