We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Garden Room is a cosy and welcoming private place to stay perfect for getaways. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast, it is scrupulously clean & is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities, a light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room. You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings.
