Welcome to Your Home Away from Home in Springfield. We are located 1 block from Wittenberg University and walkable to downtown Springfield, Veteran's Park Amphitheater and some of Springfield's favorite restaurants and bars. Whether you are traveling alone or with family you will be able to relax in style. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern amenities. The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

Welcome to the Hip House on High. We offer a cozy, mod decor and comfortable 2 bedroom home with extra pull out couch for 2. Take a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Yellow Springs with over 65 distinctive shops and galleries. Enjoy local fare at restaurants and cafes. Yellow Springs hosts festivals, art openings, theatre, live music and more. Surrounded by 2000 acres of woodland and rivers edge hiking trails in Glen Helen, John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge. Every visit is a new adventure!

Our newly updated home is conveniently located just minutes from Yellow Springs, Clifton, neighboring Glen Helen Nature Preserve, and John Bryan State Park. Enjoy a cup of coffee or evening drink on the back deck overlooking our beautiful family farm often teaming with deer! Take in all that Yellow Springs offers from art galleries and unique shops to restaurants and breweries. We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

It's open year round, entrance is free, and you even can walk there if you want :) You will also be very close to all the Wright Patterson AFB entrances and only 5 minutes to Wright State University, only 10 minutes to the Nutter Center (for watching various shows) and Downtown Dayton - including the Oregon District, University of Dayton, Schuster Center, Miami Valley Hospital, and others. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 2 miles away from the Rose Amphitheater and 10 minutes from downtown Dayton. The spacious backyard is equipped with 113 jet hotub with a firepit and a relaxing waterfall. The sunroom is a great spot to start the day with complementary coffee/creamer.
