This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Life's a Beach is a newly remodeled 2 BR/2BA condo with stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. This is a 2nd floor unit that comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. The complex is located at 1129 11th Street, within the golf cart district, and is convenient to lots of shopping and dining options. Endless Summer On The Beach

Clean, top floor condo with private balcony and an exceptional view of the beach and water. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sun rise. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach and visit some attractions. Or go windsurfing or kite boarding. There have been major renovations going on at the complex since 2022. However the elevator has not been replaced yet and is out of service occasionally. The staircase is close to the beach and water.

All reservations require the primary guest be 25 years of age or older. This ocean front 2nd floor condo has amazing ocean view and sunrises. It has been completely remodeled in 2019. We have one pool directly in front of our condo and 2nd one by the office. No pets are allowed due to HOA rules. We are very close to all the shopping and restaraunts. Come listen to the waves and smell the salt air from the balcony.
