Spacious 2 Bedroom Home Away from Home

Located just outside the busy area of Southampton. Only a few minutes drive away from Southampton General Hospital, Southampton Town and Docks but also easy access to the motorway. Also very close to Paultans Park. Very spacious rooms with two large double beds and plenty of built in cupboard / storage space. When the sun is out you have a perfectly naturally lit living room with a lovely patio to enjoy those British sunny days. Large fully equipped kitchen to enjoy those home cooked meals.

New Forest Cabin with Stunning View

The Old Dairy is a beautiful hand-built cabin situated on a working farm on the edge of the New Forest National Park. We are ideally positioned for visiting the many beautiful villages, cosy forest pubs and fabulous country walks. Peppa Pig World is a 5 minute drive. There is a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower room and two single beds that can be made up in the spacious open-plan lounge, kitchenette area. The large decking area boasts spectacular views and is a great spot for a sundowner.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The property is set in the grounds of The Manor House - a grade 2-listed family home, sitting on a 3.5-acre land with vast gardens, sheep paddock and a woodland. The House borders on the west with the River Test and has uninterrupted views across the water meadows. A perfect retreat for a family or group of friends who want a peaceful getaway with opportunities to explore the natural surroundings.

Luxury cottage 5 mins from Peppa Pig World

Rectory Cottage is a stunning newly renovated Victorian cottage ideally located on the edge of the New Forest National Park. A perfect location for visiting Paultons Theme Park with its famous Peppa Pig World (just 10 mins away) or forest attractions such as Longdown Farm and Beaulie Motor Museum. Access is easy to Southampton with its renown West Quay shopping centre and Titanic Museum as well as to the surrounding forest with its fantastic woodland walks, cycling, riding and sight seeing.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Cottage in Ower

Our cottage is just inside the New Forest national park in a quiet, rural location easy to access from the M27 or the A36, and a 10-minute stroll to Paultons Park. Private parking and a spacious garden. There are many places to visit locally and some lovely walks nearby in the New Forest. The easy access to main roads means Southampton is only 20 minutes away, Winchester 25 minutes, Salisbury 25 minutes and the sandy beaches of Bournemouth only a 30-minute drive.
