Homely flat in Surrey

If you are looking for a homely place to stay for work purposes, holidays, a short family visit or to play golf, my flat is safe and homely. My flat is well equipped for a long stay, but I understand people’s expectations are different, if there’s something you need, please communicate with me ahead of your stay, happy to oblige. My goal is for guests to have a pleasant time at my home. My flat is situated within close distance to Heathrow and only 25 mins train journey into Central London.

Large, modern, self-contained annexe, behind Sunbury House; own entrance and space for parking. Walking distance to the river, village centre with great pubs and restaurants. Hampton Court, Shepperton Studios and Kempton Park nearby. Easy access to Richmond, Windsor, Heathrow and M3/M25. Overground train to London Waterloo (50 mins). Garage facility to store bikes or canoe / kayak.

Guest house apartment in Weybridge Surrey

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in weybridge. A vibrant town with many local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, family friendly venues and museums, it is also walking distance (10mins / 0.4miles) to Weybridge train station and a short train ride into London Waterloo. Weybridge high street is only 1.2miles away with brooklands museum only 0.3miles away. On the property, another guest house is available which can accommodate 2 people so in total we can accommodate up to 4.

This lovely cottage combines rustic charm with modern amenities in a serene outdoor environment. Dogs are very welcome as long as they are child friendly!

Lynwood Studio Apartment

Lynwood Studio is a cosy, self contained studio apartment attached to the main house. It was originally a garage which has now been converted. The studio is a 10-minute walk away from Hinchley Wood Village. This includes Hinchley Wood train station where the journey to London Waterloo takes just 30 minutes. The K3 bus stop is a 5-minute walking distance from the studio, taking you directly into Kinston Upon Thames, Surbiton, Claygate and Esher. We are also a 10 minute drive to Hampton Court.

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. Plenty of free on-street parking.

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

"The Annexe" a private quiet location

"The Annexe" is adjacent to our house and is located in Sunbury in a quiet private location overlooking an urban city farm. It is within distance to Sunbury village, the river Thames with fantastic pubs and restaurants. It is close to Hampton Court, Kempton Park, Train stations to Waterloo and Sandown park. It has a contemporary feel but tastefully designed. Separate private entrance, private courtyard and parking space.

The Hampton Court Hideaway

The Hampton Court Hideaway is a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage). Beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space is designed for 2 but can fit up to 3.
