Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass to Church Street. Two summer season Rehoboth parking passes are provided to guests. Free parking for 4 cars on the property. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms, sleeps 12, with 3.5 baths. Two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a yoga deck, a screened deck, and a backyard w/grill and fire table.

It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. It is a short walking distance to the beach and a close drive or bike-ride to the center of Cape May. This lux bungalow sleeps 2 comfortably and is great for adult getaways. All amenities for a great, worry-free, and relaxed stay are provided for you. We do not allow dogs/pets in the bungalow. There will be a $100 penalty.

Master has a king-sized bed, the second room has 2 twins. Two bikes with helmets and locks also come with the rental, as well as 2 tennis rackets. Towels (including beach towels) and linens provided, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO LAUNDER THE SHEETS AND TOWELS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
