Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

Romantic Oak Cabin Berkhamsted

This cosy luxurious self contained oak framed cabin offers the perfect peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. Listen out and you may hear the owls at night. Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, perfect for outdoor lovers yet equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles away, the popular market town of Berkhamsted, offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special night out. The cabin offers cozy spacious living with King size bed on a mezzanine floor! STRICT NO PET POLICY!

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Woodland Cabin with Private Hot Tub Spa

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

‘Antlers’ is a beautiful studio annex in a picturesque village adjacent to Woburn Abbey, and Deer Park. A sumptuous super king bed or twin configuration to choose from. Easy access ground level accommodation with dedicated off-road parking. A private gated entrance leads to an enclosed private courtyard. You have a smart new kitchen and wet-room with MIRA shower. This location on the Greensand Ridge is perfect for walkers and cyclists. The village pub ‘The Green Man’ is a must!

Free on-street parking. Local pubs and village shop within walking distance. 4 miles from Leighton Buzzard, 11 miles from Aylesbury and 13 miles from Milton Keynes. Fast train connections into London Euston from Leighton Buzzard (fast train 27 minutes!). Close to M1, Luton Airport just 23 miles away.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Enjoy a tranquil getaway in our home on the canal. Perfect for relaxation and enjoying the views of wildlife and the water from both inside and outside the home. There is ample courtyard space available for multiple vehicles, and the garden is the perfect place for your morning cup of tea.
