Whitechapel Cottages

The property offers a peaceful retreat for large groups, with a capacity of 18 guests on 300 acres. Three properties and associated facilities are located on the edge of Exmoor National Park. It features a large farmhouse, two character cottages, a spacious group dining room, a games barn, an indoor sauna and spa, and an outdoor hot tub. Additional on-site activities include canoeing, fishing, archery, massage, and yoga, making it perfect for group gatherings in a tranquil countryside setting.

Secluded 5 bedroom Georgian House, entirely self-catered, with outstanding views of the beautiful North Devon countryside. Relax in our Hot Tub in the walled garden with views over the valley or enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. The perfect location to visit the North Devon coastline, market town of South Molton or the Exmoor National Park which are all just a short drive away. Spacious open plan kitchen, dining, living room, with Sky TV, traditional wood burner and dining table to seat all guests.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Emmetts on Exmoor, a West Country Wilderness

At 1250 feet, Emmetts on Exmoor is the highest farm on the moor. It is the ideal location for a peaceful break in the heart of Exmoor National Park and offers fantastically clean air and spectacular skies. Emmetts was built in the 1840s and is generally considered to be the best example of a Knight House. A host of local activities are just a stones throw away: walking, mountain biking, horse riding, sailing, fishing, shooting and country house tours, to name but a few!

Daisy Cottage is located in the North Devon region. The property is around 38km from Lundy Island, 39km from Westward Ho!, 34km from Tiverton Castle and 15 mins drive to Exmoor National Park. Guests at the holiday home can explore the local area via direct access to footpaths and river walks. Explore the Devon countryside and relax in the large cottage garden with a BBQ. Feel free to wander and enjoy West Radley family farm and meet our friendly rare breed animals.

Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage offers a tranquil rural escape in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. Located just on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park, this charming retreat includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates for six guests - with room for two more at a squeeze! All well-behaved pets are welcome, but please be aware we do have goats and a barn cat who live on the property.
