This 2 bed cabin has a 55 inch TV (Netflix, Prime etc.) and a 42 inch Internet TV in the bedroom. It is perfect to relax in. Pubs/restaurants and Sainsbury's all within walking distance. The decked garden separates the cabin from the main house and is for guests to use and has furniture to relax in . There is a 6-person hot tub and a BBQ kitchen. There is a playhouse for children to enjoy. If you have an electric car, we have a charging point guests can use for the price of the electricity.

The Old Stables is a completely self-contained detached building with its own parking space, in the village of Buxted. The Old Stables benefits from sitting on the edge of a wild meadow where guests are welcome to take a stroll or enjoy the wildlife and peaceful birdsong. There are two pubs, a shop and train station within a 5 minute walk. Set within the boundaries of Ashdown Forest there are numerous lovely walks on the doorstep and the town of Uckfield is a short drive away.

There are many eateries within walking distance and Rye, Tenterden, Camber and Hastings all a short car journey away. We are located on the edge of a small family camping park - Rother valley park- which is a family run, chilled and quiet place to be. The views and sunsets are stunning. The cabin boasts a Hot Tub overlooking the valley. A short walk into the village with its lovely church and a popular local pub nearby. Near to the ancient town of Rye and just 8 miles to the market town in Tenterden. The famous Chapel Down and Gusbourne wineries all within a 10minute drive.

We are offering a beautifully converted barn, in a secluded spot about 150m from our house, at the bottom of the garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are happy to welcome a well-behaved dog. We are in the Wealden Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest - Winnie the Pooh territory - and within easy travelling distance of Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton and London.
