Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Wells Cottage, a house beside the Malvern Hills

ln lovely Malvern Wells with hill views, Wells Cottage is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, or visitors to Great Malvern or the Three Counties Showground. The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

The recently restored Old Forge is set in beautiful countryside, yet is less than two miles from Great Malvern. It offers an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto a west facing patio where guests can enjoy outstanding views of the Malvern Hills. The Old Forge has a separate sleeping area with king size bed and ensuite shower room. The hills, Malvern Theatre and the Three Counties Showground, are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Pubs nearby and beautiful walks from the door.

Ex - grooms room, in the grounds of a beautiful country mansion. Self contained bedsit/studio with parking. Stabling available at extra cost if you want to turn this into an equine holiday! 4 miles from Tewkesbury and on the outskirts of Twyning, a beautiful location for a country break. Seasonal breakfast ingredients provided, but we are afraid you'll have to cook them yourself! Tea and coffee making facilities also provided. Fresh milk and bread will be in the fridge when you arrive.

An early 19th Century coachman's lodge attached to our house. Sleeps 2 (king-size bed). Renovated in 2015. A small cottage but with "Upstairs Downstairs" feel. Log fire in winter months (starter pack). Access the Malvern Hills for walking and cycling. Stunning views. Ideal for exploring this beautiful part of England. Shop and Pub nearby. Parking available outside the Cottage on the road.

Built in 2018 Field View Annex, which is attached to the rear of the main house, The Lodge offers a double bedroom, a shower room (no bath) fresh towels, tea & coffee, parking & gorgeous views across the fields from the bedroom. Please note the annex does not have cooking facilities and there is no internal seating area. We also regrettably do not accept pets.
