Very private garage studio just a minute walk from Oakley Square. The studio includes a kitchenette and a living space. We have a large, private park-like yard in the heart of our neighborhood. Oakley has something for everyone; entertainment, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and shopping. You can walk to everything from our place. Oakley is a City of Cincinnati neighborhood just minutes from downtown, both Xavier and UC campuses, the zoo, and popular places like OTR and the Riverfront.

A cozy and bright room located at The Reserve at 4th and Race in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. You're a short walk to many restaurants and nightlife. This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Parking is additional.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.

Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
