Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Unser Loft befindet sich im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Rotklinkerkomplexes aus den 1920er-Jahren. Wir haben eine alte lichtdurchflutete Werkstatt mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit Metall und Eiche hochwertig ausgebaut. Wir bieten: - 5m hohe Decken - eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche - ein modernes Bad mit Rainshower-Brause - einen großzügigen Wohnbereich. Auf der Galerie befindet sich das bequeme Doppelbett. Bitte keine Anfragen bezüglich Veranstaltungen, Filmdrehs oder ähnlichem. Gäste haben Zugang zu dem gesamten Loft. Wir wohnen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und stehen unseren Gästen gerne als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Hoheluft-West liegt im Herzen der Stadt, weniger als zwei Kilometer vom Schanzenviertel, drei Kilometer von der Alster und vier Kilometer vom Hafen entfernt. Das Viertel ist ruhig und sicher, Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in Gehweite. Die U-Bahnstationen Hoheluftbrücke (U3) und Schlump (U2) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Bus 181 hält fast direkt vor dem Gebäude, und die Busse M4 und M5 halten weniger als 100m entfernt. Im nahen Umkreis kann fast überall auf der Strasse geparkt werden. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt im Loft. Rauchen vor der Tür ist ok, allerdings ab 22:00 Uhr bitte nicht laut reden wegen der Nachbarn. Auf keinen Fall die Blumentöpfe als Aschenbecher benutzen (das hat doch tatsächlich schon jemand gemacht...)!

You couldn't be more central: Located right next to the Feldstrassen-Bunker and the Hamburg Trade Fair, you'll find everything you need for your stay in Hamburg right on your doorstep: shopping in the city centre (10 min. walk), eating, drinking and partying in the trendy Sternschanze district (5 min. walk), strolling and relaxing in the beautiful "Planten un Blomen" park (5 min. walk). Or, if you want to go to the harbour, the Elbe & the Alster, you are also at the waterfront within 15 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Old building charm with modern hotel-like atmosphere, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants of the popular trendy neighborhood Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Eine tolle ehemalige Ladenfläche beim Schanzenviertel. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn fast direkt vor der Tür. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

It is in a very quiet location and is therefore not only suitable for groups who want to party in St. Pauli, but also for families, trade fair guests and for working. All around and in the neighbouring Schanzenviertel district, there are countless bars, clubs and restaurants, as well as unusual boutiques and shops.

Hier gibt es alles was man braucht, um einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Hamburg zu verleben. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Optimal ist eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen + 1 - 2 Kindern. Das zweite Bett ist ein Etagenbett. Unten hat es 1,20m x 2,00 und oben 0,90 x 2,00 m. Der obere Teil ist für Kinder von 6-12 Jahren geeignet.
