Villa Argiro

A tranquil traditional Mediterranean house in Chalki. This spacious condo is located near Chalki’s port, it is accessible by foot and it is above from “Tsantou”, one of the last open access to the harbor (where you can take your morning dive). It features a fully renovated kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms with remote controlled fans, a big bathroom and a huge “veranda” overlooking Chalki’s bay. The patio has a panoramic view of the port, and it is one of the biggest in Chalki.

Stamatias House is located in CHalki island in Dodecanese. This beachfront unique property is situated 140m from Pontamos Beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms, smart TV, AC, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Guests can take advantage of the warm weather with the property's barbecue facilities and enjoy cycling with their own free bicycles. We have included a picnic basket, a mini portable fridge and a tent for you to enjoy if you feel like exploring more of the island!!

Matinas House

Matinas House is centrally located near the harbor of Chalki and it is only a few minutes’ walk to shops, markets, restaurants, tavernas, coffee shops and other conveniences you might need during your holidays. The house has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single sofa bed which is located on the first floor and on the ground floor there is also a single sofa bed. Chalki is a small paradise in the Greek archipelago that inspires the visitor to embrace the romantic ambience of the island.

Our stylish studio, is a perfect retreat for 2 guests, with the possibility of accommodating 3. Situated on the sunny side of the harbor, it’s just steps away from the waterside, ideal for a swim. The apartment is finished to a high standard, complete with air-conditioning. Outside, there is a spacious sunny patio, offering a partial view across the bay. With its idyllic location and proximity to the island’s charming sights, our studio is the perfect base to experience Halki island.

Halki is one of Greece's smallest inhabited islands with a permanent population of only 330 inhabitants and is been deemed the Island of Peace and Friendship by UNESCO. The waters of the sea around the island are the cleanest anyone has ever seen, with beautiful sand and pebble beaches.
