Places close by-Goosepond, Cathedral Caverns, Cavern Cove shooting range, G'ville St. Park, zip-lines. 8x40 covered deck, patio w/firepit, gas & charcoal grills, corn hole, darts, two hot tubs, five kayaks, one canoe w/gear, and a trailer. I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with screened in back porch and great view of the lake. Open floor plan with views of the lake from the living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. Incredible outdoor fireplace that is perfect for night time gatherings. Large front and back yard for outdoor activities. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated. We recently purchased this beautiful lake house for our family to enjoy and to share with others as the previous owners did over the past several years.
