Fabulous eat-in kitchen with exposed chestnut beams, two ensuite bedrooms and a roof terrace showcasing spectacular views of the terracotta rooftops and Umbrian countryside. Enjoy lazy days sampling the local wines, visiting antique markets and dining at Michelin rated restaurants in the area or for the active, bike rides, truffle hunting and cross country hikes in the Umbrian hills.

Separate room, between Cortona and Montepulciano

We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. We can sleep in 2 apartments and / or 1 independent room furnished with poor art and originality. In the large garden, available to all, there are two pools (one for children), games, organic vegetable garden. We have a restaurant Pierpaolo cooking the typical Tuscan dishes.

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).
