L’appartamento è di 90 mq e si trova al piano terra del Residence Plambramois in Route des Mélézes. È posizionato davanti al green della buca 4 del campo da golf, sulla principale passeggiata che dal centro di Crans porta, in inverno agli ski lifts e al parco giochi dei bambini, e in estate al driving range del golf. A piedi siete a soli 10 min dal centro e a 20 min dalla funivia di Cry d’Er. L’appartamento è stato da poco rinnovato con imbiancatura pareti, parquet nuovo e materassi letti nuovi.
