L' appartamento "latorrettadiriola" è all'interno di una torretta costruita nel 1860 dal conte Mattei , ristrutturato nel 2016 , è dotato di : al piano terra una camera matrimoniale con un ampio letto e di un bagno .caldo ed accogliente ,dotato di ogni comodità . Al piano primo, raggiungibile con una singolare scale a chiocciola in legno , si trovano una camera matrimoniale ed una cameretta con due letti singoli ed un bagno . Dispone di un cortile ed una terrazza in cui potreste riposarvi .

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Nel piazzale condiviso si può parcheggiare l'auto. Appartamento ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. D'estate è sempre fresco, anche senza aria condizionata. Sprovvisto di cucina, ma sono presenti microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (con caffè), bollitore e stoviglie.
