Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

The Doe Branch Cabin - Modern Mountain Retreat

Sense of Place. That is the inspiration here, at least in part. The cabin is situated on 12 private acres in a remote corner of Madison County, surrounded by national forest, streams, and clear mountain air. The property has a history of artist residents, and we encourage creatives of all types to come seek the inspiration found by those that came before. The town of Marshall, an artistic enclave, is 25-30 minutes away, and downtown Asheville is a 45-50 minute drive. Hiking and rafting nearby.

Cozy & large 1 BR to kick up your feet and relax after a long day of sight seeing in the Smokies and experiencing nature. Wood cabin interior and a comfortable King Size bed will leave you rested & relaxed! Our location makes it easy for day trips to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, & even Asheville! A charcoal grill & fire pit are available to enjoy!

Enjoy this cozy one bedroom, one bath home with a detached studio on property overlooking the roaring creek, peaceful hang out area to enjoy with your dear ones. Cabin has exposed beams in the great room, a wood burning fireplace, and hard wood flooring throughout. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, spacious enough for overflow guests and children. Has a laundry area, and a fully remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. A three bedroom cabin great for a couple or family. The Appalachian Trail and National Forest can be accessed just 100 feet from the front door! The well-stocked kitchenette provides for all basic food preparation needs, and the town of Hot Springs is only a two minute drive away. Hurricane Helene update: We are fortunate that our property is higher up and did not flood. Thanks to the hard work of many people, all utilities have been restored at the cabin. Our town is in recovery.

"Rustic cabin located on a short walk from the Appalachian Trail surrounded by national forest and isolated. The cabin has a gas fireplace for heat and relaxation and a fire pit to relax outside. The loft has plenty of room with a full size bed and a single twin on main level. The cabin is set up as a getaway, there is no cell service but satellite wifi is available and a smart TV, not high tech but you can communicate with the outside world.
