The 1st bedroom is the Master Bedroom, equipped with a full bathroom, spacious closet, King Size bed & full body mirror. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, decorated with touches of care & is right next to the bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, FL touch vibes & is steps away from the bathroom. Last but not least our beautiful backyard with your own private pool! Pool heated

Both Convenience & peace! Enjoy your stay in our guest suite with serene water views on a small lake. Spacious suite features a full bedroom, full bath, & living room. We offer a comfy queen bed & if there’s a 3rd occupant, a trundle bed is available. Separate entrance to suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Close to USF, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, & just 12 minutes to downtown. Finally, small dogs are welcome (extra fee applies, see house rules for details) (no cats).

Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe.
