Quirks include a portable electric cooktop and airfryer oven (no full electric oven) and a dishwasher in the laundry (no washing machine).

Set on an organic farm, this cute cottage is so peaceful and so close to everything - 15 minutes to Bells Beach and Torquay and Geelong. Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the sheep. We can bring the ponies in for brush.
