House sleeps 12 if some are kids & you are planning to have them max out the bunk room. Otherwise house comfortably sleeps 10 adults and has three full bathrooms. Reliable WiFi and a landline.

The cabin is located directly on Shadow Mountain Lake. It has 1800 ft2 with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 car garage. All bedrooms have great lake views and have either queen bed or king bed. Every bedroom has its own AC unit. High speed internet is provided. Five kayaks and one canoe are available (included in the rental price) for guests to use in summer. The cabin is 2 miles from the center of Grand Lake Village and 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP).
