Relax with the whole family at this beautiful peaceful place to stay. We have 3 bedrooms; 1 on the main floor with a double bed and an ensuite - the ‘Cuddle Room’. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 has a Queen Size bed and the other with a King size bed,a fireplace and TV. The bathroom upstairs has a whirlpool tub. We have a full size kitchen, dining room which leads into the living room. We have 2 patios, a hot tub, 1 that is cozy and private and 1 with a view to the harbour and Main Street.

Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Snowmobiles and atvs can access the trailbed from the home. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor. Exit 21.

We are also walking distance to the arena, ballfield and the Knights of Columbus. Grocery/liquor store and Tim Hortons is close by. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!
