Guest unit in a log home on Georgetown Lake. Ski at several near by resorts in the winter (Loveland 15 min). Hiking and biking trails await out the front door as well as fishing, rafting, ziplining. Red Rocks Amphitheater is 35 min away. Several hot springs areas are within scenic drives. The lakefront unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied floor and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, parking for two cars, porch and grill.

OUR LARGE PRIVATE SUITE IS IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF OUR HOME, complete with separate bedroom, kitchenette, hot tub, bathroom/shower & FREE PARKING! Take a 10-15 minute walk or short bus ride to the base of the Winter Park Resort to experience incredible skiing and boarding at any of the Resort's Territories.

Welcome to the Hideaway Haus, a private & secluded room in downtown Winter Park ! This recently refreshed room is a stand alone in a building that used to be used exclusively as a hotel. Extremely private, enjoy this clean comfortable room and amenities from the limited service hotel next door (breakfast & hot tub). The complimentary hot continental breakfast includes protein items (eggs, meat, etc.) fresh self made waffles, a variety of breads/rolls, cereal, fresh fruit and other choices.

The Fox Den @ Pearl's Place, Sleeps 2

Cozy up this winter at the Fox Den. A private romantic suite awaits you. Complete with a separate entrance to your suite, kitchenette, living room area, gym, bedroom, bathroom and your own private patio and fire pit. It’s a mile from the charming town of Grand Lake, a 45minute drive to WP ski area and there are a number of cross country and snow shoe trails nearby. Come, stay a while, I'd love to host you. Chances Getaway

Welcome to Chances Getaway. The downstairs of my house with its own entrance and a solid core locked door to the upstairs. This area is set up as a vacation rental. Your space has a nice outdoor area with a BBQ and a fire pit. Fireplace and comfy couches, with a large dining room table for games and socializing. I pride myself on providing a clean unit and being a supporter of a happy experience. Let me know what I can do to enhance that. Pet’s okay on a case-by-case basis.

Main Street Basecamp + Hot Tubs

A perfect basecamp for mountain adventures! This cozy suite feels like a hotel room, with a full-sized Murphy bed. In downtown Winter Park, only two bus stops from the slopes, with pickup right outside. After a day out, unwind in the hot tubs or relax on the couch with Roku streaming and games. You’ll also have a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and folding table with chairs. Right on Main Street—steps from Cooper Creek’s breweries, shops, and restaurants.

Close to trails to trails and the town of Winter Park and Fraser. You might even see some wild life! Leave your worries behind and get in the zone! The Golf Cabin

Take a tranquil trip to the beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado! The Golf Cabin is a half mile from the Grand Lake Golf Course, a six minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, and across the hwy from Shadow Mountain Reservoir and Grand Lake. Take a stroll down Main Street where you can rent paddle-boards, kayaks, and enjoy an ice cream right on the boardwalk!
