The house is located 200m from the sea in quiet neighborhood. Our guests have a big yard at disposal with a trampoline and lots of space for children to play. Also, it is dog friendly house. House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 3 minutes’ walk from the center of small Mediterranean town of Nerezine. The house is also located below hill Osoršćica with the highest peak on island Lošinj (Televrin 588 m) from where you have the view overall island (https://youtu.be/oQZ5TRAY6yU).

Chill and relax! Our house is located on the island Koludarac opposite the Camping site Poljana on the Island Lošinj. You can immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by the sea and Adriatic aromatic plants. This is an island with very few surrounding houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic view of the town Mali Lošinj.

Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.

Studio apartman se nalazi u ulici Valdarke koja je smještena između Malog i Velog Lošinja. Apartman je u kući sa više apartmana te je u potpunosti samostalan sa svojim privatnim ulazom. Kuća je okružena zelenilom i vrtom te ima osigurani parking u hladu. Isto tako na raspolaganju je i veliki roštilj sa natkrivenim stolom.
