Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Lev livet i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna hotell boende nere i södra hamnen på Fotö. Ett boende för dig som önskar bo på en ö men ändå med närhet och enkelhet till Göteborg. Gratis bilfärja tar er enkelt hit och in till centrala Göteborg. Fotö tillhör Öckerö Kommun bestående av tio öar, med närheten till havet som en självklarhet. Från Fotö kan man nå de andra nio öarna, antingen via bro eller färja. Du har också närheten till livsmedelsaffär, shopping, restauranger ca 3 km från Fotö.

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. The Penthouse

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Här bor ni precis vid vattnet bara ett boulekast från hamnplan, på lugna och idylliska Kalvsund i Göteborgs norra skärgård, den sydligaste delen av Bohuslän. Vår fina ö är en riktig skärgårdsidyll. Här finns inga bilar, bara hus, små båthamnar, promenadstigar, vår berömda båk, bohuslänska klippor och salta bad på någon av våra fina badplatser. Ändå är det lätt och smidigt att med kollektivtrafik ta sig till central Göteborg med allt vad staden har att erbjuda.

Cafés, restaurants, playgrounds and beautiful Slottsskogen are all nearby, and the tram stop is just around the corner, with easy connections to the city centre and the archipelago. The apartment is part of our family home, so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from upstairs.
