Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

I vårt lilla hus på 10kvm finns bäddsoffa, pentry med diskho, kylskåp, micro och två kokplattor. Utanför finns det matplats med grill. Lån av lakan, påslakan och handdukar ingår i hyran. Huset ligger avskilt från vårt hus. I huset bredvid vårt hus delar ni badrum med oss - toalett, dusch. The house has a sofa bed, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator and two hotplates. In the small house next to our house you share a bathroom with us - toilet, shower.

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago.
