Built in the late 1800s, the cottage has retained it’s architectural style as a “breezeway house” with two front doors and many original touches. It is centrally located to Glen Rose’s historic downtown and is filled with charm and equipped to make your weekend vacation or extended stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Our charming place is nestled on a canal offering peaceful kayaking or fishing. With a boat ramp 5 houses down launch your boats with ease and tie them off at our dock. We have tied up a boat and two wave runners with room to spare. We have plenty of board games and a fire pit to keep the fun going into the evening. Our house offers three bedrooms. The master boasts a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing way to unwind.

Located at High Hope Ranch, Mata Z'amo is connected to 900 acres of protected land. Meaning "Up High" in Swahili, Mata Z'amo cabin is perched on a cliffside lending our guests epic views of the hill country. Enjoy dark skies, wolves howling at dusk from Fossil Rim, and over 20 miles of hiking trails. Sleeps up to 8- 2 bunkbeds & upstairs master loft with a queen & trundle bed.
