Carisbrook Cottage, Armidale

Carisbrook cottage is a stylish cosy 1920’s blue brick home, Featuring 3 Spacious bedrooms, a living room that is accompanied by a wood fire, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a modern kitchen & dining area for all your entertainment needs. Located 2 blocks from Armidale CBD. Everything you need is located within walking distance, including TAS, cafes, pubs, shopping center and Corner Creperie across the road. With a secure fenced yard, it’s perfect for visitors with small outdoor pets.

Burn Brae Sunset Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is the converted pickers quarters when the property was a stone fruit orchard in the past. Have recently planted feijoa orchard. A small and cozy space with spacious verandahs to the north and west. Situated on a quiet and private 100 acres. Abundant bird and wildlife. The cabin is self-catering. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided. The cabin is not suitable for children.

Mimosa Cottage

Mimosa Cottage was constructed in the 1920's as a residence and has had a number of interesting occupants since then including a doctors surgery and an art gallery/coffee shop. This year the cottage was renovated to create a comfy place to stay while you are visiting Glen Innes. The cottage is located centrally to the Glen Innes CBD, within short walking distance to the main street cafes, clubs, pubs and shops. There is off street parking and a large sunny back yard. No smoking throughout.

The Barn Farm Stay

The Barn at Tenterfield Tiny Farm has everything for a relaxing lux farm stay experience. Perfect for a romantic couples weekend, family getaway with the kids or a girls trip to the local wineries. Soak in the outdoor tub with glass of wine, feed the cows, cosy up to the wood burning fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Newly built and complete with full kitchen, double shower, 2 cast iron claw foot tubs - one inside, one out, comfy beds, outdoor living with mountain views and cute fluffy cows.

Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Dunroamin, A cosy comfortable 2 bedroom home.

Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. Wren Farmhouse Rustic Queenslander in Wine Country

Welcome to Wren Farmhouse! Our rustic Queenslander sits amongst 32 acres of lightly wooded native bushland. Nestled in wine country, you'll find many cellar doors within a few kilometers drive. Located nearby is Sundown National Park with Girraween National Park only 20 minutes away. The enclosed verandah becomes the perfect suntrap during the day to enjoy a good book. Enjoy the stars on a clear night or allow yourself to unwind whilst watching the fire.

The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.

The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only

Glen Waverly Farm Stay

The beautiful, one bedroom, well appointed cottage set in a park like garden 3 kms south of Glen Innes. With a comfortable Queen size bed, and a single rollaway bed for extra guests, our cottage is well appointed and comfortable. It is cosy in winter with a wood heater and cool in summer with air conditioning. The verandah is great for sitting outside and enjoying a cool drink whilst looking at the picturesque valley, and beautiful sunsets.

Eden Vale Cottage

Edenvale Cottage is situated approximately 21 km south of Tenterfield in Sandy Flat, New South Wales. Nestled on a working sheep and cattle property, this cozy retreat provides a picturesque surrounding. If you’re seeking a peaceful escape, Edenvale Cottage is an ideal choice. A prominent geological formation landmark nearby is Bluff Rock, well worth a stop for a breathtaking photo.
