Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate.
