Unser Haus mit familiärer Atmosphäre und herrlichen freien Bergblick liegt im Grünen und dennoch zentral, nur 200 m von der neuen Spieljochbahn und nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Das Gästehaus Hölzlbauer befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf ca. 1700 Höhenmeter und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt ob im Winter oder Sommer. Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist der neue Duxer X-Press und ermöglicht einen unkomplizierten Einstig in die Zillerta Arena im Winter. Im Sommer für Wanderungen oder Mountainbike Tour im Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in kürze denn nächsten Ort zum einkaufen (im Winter ist bei der Liftstation ein Spar-Markt).
