The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in a quiet cul-de-sac one minute from the 183 highway and nineteen minutes from downtown. Both bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We installed a guard rail and anti slip grips on the steps but if stairs are an issue for some guests we have a roll in bed stored in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used down stairs.

Private retreat in the heart of historic Georgetown in the middle of San Gabriel park. Relax & enjoy this hidden oasis located where north and south San Gabriel rivers converge. Whole house to yourself right on the river with plenty of shade & lots of outdoor adventures including basketball, soccer & kayaking. Pets allowed upon approval. Please inquire.
