The nightly rate includes the 15.5% service fee which host pays to Airbnb. Airbnb currently does NOT collect City (7%) occupancy taxes. It only collects the 1.5% State and 3% Clatsop County occupancy tax. The additional City tax must be paid directly to owner prior to arrival
