Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer Küche Bad Toilette und Balkon 74 qu Es gibt Schlafplatz für 8 Pers. ABER bei mehr als 6 Pesonen BITTE vorher fragen BITTE beachten. (Gästekarte ist Kurtaxe ) 3 € pro Tag pro Erw. muß vorort in bar oder mit Pay pal bei mir bezahlt werden .Ich möchte keine Backpacker oder Gäste aus Bettenlager

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
