Elegant and luxurious Patio Home has a private pool, 2 working fireplaces, French antiques, gourmet kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, a spacious library with a Murphy bed and 3 and a half baths. There is also an 850 square foot Artist's studio. Three additional air mattresses can turn the studio into another bedroom. The private lap pool has a waterfall fountain as well as a patio. Additionally, there are 2 balconies, with grill and views of downtown. Fast Wi-Fi, 4,000 square foot house!
