Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Parkplätze in Doppelgarage.

Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 15. travnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. Potpuno opremljena kuća sa svim potrebnim detaljima za duži ili kraći boravak. EV friendly (Charging price 0,20 euro/kw). Dobrodošli.

Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. Kuća za odmor "Markoci" je stara hrastova kuća smještena u Grabovcu. Od mjesta Rakovice je udaljena 4 km, mirna lokacija i čisto prirodno okruženje. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Gostu je dostupna oprema za roštilj. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se Baraćeve špilje, a samo nekoliko kilometara dalje Plitvička jezera.
